  • 1ST NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE You're forgiven. We understand things happen! We won't hold a grudge, we promise. However, to reserve your next appointment a non-refundable $50 fee (which will be applied to you next appt) will be necessary to move forward.

    2ND NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE Life gets busy and we get it--we are busy too! On a second offense, we will ask that you pre pay for your next service in full. By providing us this information, you are sharing with us that you understand that should this appointment be cancelled or "no-showed", your card will be charged a minimum fee of $50 and up to 100% of the originally scheduled appointment. This gets uncomfortable for so we hope we never have to.

    3RD NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE UGH! This is getting really awkward and we may not be the salon for you. When a guest cancels in less than 24 hours or "no-shows" for a third time, we know that you are not ready to commit to us or our policies and we reserve the right to deny any future appointments. If you would like to make one final attempt at redemption, we will only allow a same day appointment and 100% of the scheduled service will be required via credit card over the phone in advance. We still love you...but we have to pay our bills too.

  • Please! We will always consult before a service, but if you would just like to stop in to simply discuss your options our consultations are complimentary! If your consult requires a color test strand there will be a $25 fee.

  • Yes! We offer I-Tip, Tape-In and One Step Weft Hair extensions. If you would like a consultation there is a $25 fee that will go towards your install if you decide to move forward.

  • All first time clients booking a service over two hours are required to leave a non-refundable $50 deposit which will go towards your next service. We take your service very seriously and we hope you do too.
